Product Return Policy

Purpose: This document clearly outlines the conditions, procedures, and timeframes related to returning products purchased from Techno Meters & Electronics. It helps ensure transparency and sets expectations for both the customer and the business.

Return Eligibility

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • With Original Bill
  • If it’s a Manufacturing Mistake

All items are currently eligible for return based on general return rules.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our support team at customercare@technometers.in, marketing.technometers@gmail.com .
  2. Shipping: Send the product to the return address: Techno Meters & Electronics, No. 53, Somu Complex, Union High School Road, Coimbatore - 641001 .
  3. Approval and Replacement: Once the product is received and inspected, Replacement are typically processed within 7 Working Days business days.

Return Shipping Costs

1. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchange Policy

Customers may request an exchange for a different current rating or dimension replacement within the return period. All exchange requests are subject to product availability.
